Record
Open Krono, hit record, then have your meeting. Three scenarios work: a solo memo, a video call (Zoom, Teams, or Meet), or an in-person sit-down. On a video call Krono picks up both sides of the conversation. Otherwise it uses your device's microphone. Either way, the recording saves to your device. It is never sent anywhere else.

Transcribe
When you stop recording, your device transcribes the audio. The AI runs locally, not in the cloud. It is accurate on professional speech: names, dates, legal terms, accounting terms, and technical vocabulary.

Write your notes
Then the AI reads the transcript and writes the notes for you. A short summary. The key decisions. Action items. A draft billable-time entry. All based on what was actually said in the meeting. All written on this machine.
